Our Service Let’s Party has always provided its customers with the highest level of service and consequently we hope that you will find shopping online a pleasure. Our web site is easy to use and completely secure, so you can feel confident in placing your order for our swift attention.
Ordering Immediately on placing an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will let you know when it will be available and then you can decide exactly what you would like to do. We are here to help you, and you can always cancel an order at this time.
UK Delivery This is calculated at the checkout point, Our Postage and Packing starts from as little as £1.95 dependant on the product. If your order exceeds 3 kilos we will contact you with a delivery cost. If at this point you wish to cancel your order you may do so.Your goods will normally be with you in 6 -10 working days from the day of your order. More often than not this is far less and if your order is urgent please contact us and we will do all we can to pack and despatch your order as a priority, subject to all the items being in stock.Parcels will be sent by First Class Post or by Courier, depending upon the weight. A signature is required for courier parcels - please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.
Shipping Overseas Overseas rates on request, prior to ordering.
Payment We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro.
Privacy and Security We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information is transferred from our web site into our secure database. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including your credit/debit card number and your name and address. We do not retain your details or pass them onto any other company or person. We will only contact you with regard to your order with us.
No Quibble Guarantee and Returns We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be inpristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. Regrettably, we cannot refund the following items:Confectionery Disposable cameras lost or damaged are limited to the replacement value of the camera or film only. All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective. If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this. Incorrect Goods It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item. Damaged / Faulty Goods We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive any products in less than perfect condition, contact us to let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange within 30 days. In this event we will also refund the cost of postage.

Descriptions Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements and colours are correct. Prices and details are valid at the time of ordering and all items are subject to availability at ordering time.
Complaints In the unlikely event that you should find cause to complain please do contact us. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days.
Opening Hours Feel free to telephone us any day, except Sunday, from 10.00 am – 4.00 pm British Time, excluding Bank Holidays. We will be only too happy to assist you. Our web site offers only a selection from our very extensive range of items.
